Rifle Scopes Troy Micro BattleSights?

I'm going to buy some Troy Industries iron sights but I'm unsure about the Micro battle sights. Are the micro sights able to co-witness with true co-witnessing glass optics?

My understanding is that the Micro battle sights are for guns like the OBR and POF that have tall rails on them. That way they align to the same cheek weld that a normal sight does on a normal rail.

Would be of no use on the OBR since there is a lower rear rail specifically for mounting of a rear BUIS- brings the back and a front sight, assuming all the way forward pretty much on a level plane.
