He promised that the first time. He was completely captured by the swamp, didn't change much of anything while in office.

Trump had practically ZERO faithful allies last go-round. From what I can tell only his family members were faithful That's how they finally disabled him with his own VP stabbing him in the back. Most of those he THOUGHT were helping him or telling him the truth were actually working with the swamp against him. If he gets in again, this time will probably be even worse. In fact like somebody else said, they'd have him Arkancided before they ever allowed him to take office.

IF NOTHING ELSE-he bought us 4 extra years to prepare for the current onslaught of evil. If you wasted those 4 years then that's on you. Trump has caused the axis of evil to expose themselves for who/what they really are, but most people can't accept the fact that such evil (and worse) exists.

As unpopular as Biden is, he is currently polling higher than Trump in that rematch.

A lot can happen between then and now, but I don't think America is interested in a Biden vs Trump rematch.

DeSantis definitely has a good chance against the current crop of Democrats, especially Biden. But I doubt much would change with DeSantis (or any current politician) at the helm.

Agreed. As someone stated above, it'll take more than one man to drain the swamp. But it would be better than anything else I see on the horizon.

We don't have a government as it was intended far from it. The bullshit they feed the mushrooms to keep them paying taxes is unbelievable. I'd be happy as hell to have Trump back. It would help stop my 401k from hemorrhaging more money. The problem is just his name evokes irrational hatred and we can't turn the independents away. They are the key. We have to gets these morons out of office and stop this nightmare. I hate the republican party when they prefer to attack and destroy each other instead of banding together and getting the White House back..

I mean, whoever the R candidate is this time around has opportunities being presented that not even the GOP can really fuck up like they usually do.

- A 'president' who is literally retarded and senile with an approval rate at something like 4%; polls show that not even 2 years in and even democrat voters don't want him or the VP running again
- Obviously stolen election which has everyone watching for validation at the midterms
- Record inflation
- $5 gas
- An economy that is 100% propped up by bullshit and is about to just implode
- Tied to an unwinnable and unpopular proxy war that we somehow just keep fucking sending money to
- The border LOL
- Democratic talking points consisting of 'orange man bad' 'you're racist' and the Jan 6th thing literally no one gives a shit about. We all must realize that Trump isn't a politician but a businessman. He does what he needs to do to get his way. But he wasn't aware of how deep the swamp actually is. He got a lot of bad information from a few people. He did what he did in his businesses. He fired them. He's not polished, he says what he thinks and that's what got him in trouble with some voters. I however got moist when I heard him tell it like it is. But he could have been the perfect gentleman, the perfect politician and he would have still been run over the coals by the Demwits. That's just the way it was going to play out. So don't think that another Republican is going to be treated the same way. That's just their Modus Aperandi. Put anyone with an R behind their name into that office and this is how they will be treated. Do you honestly believe that the Demwits will change and play nice with someone else in the R party who isn't named Donald Trump? Maybe old Mit? Possibly, but he's only an R on paper, he's more aligned to the Demwit agenda.

So, go ahead and vote for a sheeple leader from the R party if you like, but I'm going to be voting for a fighter, Donald Trump.

One last question. When was the last time the people of this country were as patriotic as when Trump was president? Not in most people's lifetime. Unless you're an old timer like me.

America is tired. Burned out on hyper-partisan politics, bad policy, extreme agendas and the resulting ugliness that has taken over this country. No matter how one voted, Trump and Biden both represent years of chaos and disappointment in many peoples minds. One is not likable, which like it or not, is very important in politics, the other is a completely incompetent puppet and a world-wide embarrassment.

People want change, a return to “normalcy.”Someone who is likable enough, politically savvy, accomplished, smart and polished. The left is looking for that person right now to take over for Joe. For the right to have a chance and win over independents, DeSantis is the better option.

My two cents.

Reality check: Dems and Republican voters do not determine the Presidency.

Here’s the bad news: independent swing voters determine the Presidency, and from their perspective, Trump is so tainted with Jan 6th, that having Trump on the ballot in 2024 will basically gift the bulk of independent voters to the Dems.

Here’s the good news: Biden and the Dems are doing such a bad job, that any monkey/donkey thrown onto the republican ballot, as long as it is not Trump or anyone tainted with Jan 6th, will attract the independent voters and get us the win.

So, do we want to get independent voters on our side, or do we want to gift independent voters to the Dems?

Do you want to win back a Republican Whitehouse in 2024, or do you want Trump on the ballot in 2024 and lose? To the bulk of independent voters out there that will determine the Presidency, they are mutually exclusive.

Seems there are a few here that would not back bad Orange Man and his offending tweets. I'm no mathmagician, but if someone could determine that number and extrapolate to the general population, we'll know the odds.

If he doesn't win the nomination, I'd like to see him run as an independent. It will guarantee another democrat in the WH, but why drag this out. The sooner we collapse, the sooner we can start over. Republicans want the same results as the democrats, but are taking the slow route to get there.

Lots of talk about DeSantis. He does appear to be "for the people" and I voted for him, but...he entered politics after leaving active duty and has been climbing the ladder for the past decade. Will he the one to save us, or will he abide by the politician's unwritten code..."Re-election At Any Cost." ???

Trump received more votes in his election than bid than any candidate in history, besides basement Biden in the very same election. Trump could win the next election as an independent. Many, many people who voted for Trump previously did not vote. Many more don't plan on voting for any more RINOs.

Thats why we see all this crap being spread about how he is un-electable now. Just like they said in 2016.

Biden galvanized the democrats against Trump. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: Then we look at every audit and they were changing half the ballots. I would make a guess Biden didn't get 30% of the votes they say he did. They literally stole and filled out millions of ballots, and still had to change ballots at the machines. I.E ballot adjudication.

I didn’t realize Desantis was in the military. That’s not a good thing when mil guys go into politics. He fell for the propaganda to even enlist and are far the worse after undergoing uncle sams brainwashing. More than likely he enlisted to get “street cred” from the ignorant which turns into votes from the right.

As far as I am aware, he never enlisted. He was commissioned while in law school. We brainwashed enlisted types do not like being lumped with the zeros.

I don't believe the GOP would allow an up and coming member to leave a state that could carry the R candidate into the White House. Also putting 2 members into a win or lose it all situation isn't the best strategy going forward.
