The time for half measured are over. Unless his lawyers see some way for Muller to get an indictment if Trump interferes (not sure that's even possible. as Muller technically works for Trump) Then he should fire the lot of them. Put most of the BS on hold and really send in a few reformers. Anyone in the executive branch stalls, fire them on the spot.

edit: the longer this takes to play out, the harder it is to regain trust in a system. Admittedly a system with flaws, but the best thing going worldwide. I think they are just holding out until Nov in hopes the commies take back the house. That happens, all these investigations stop, impeachment proceedings begin and the narrative changes. By March, all the stuff we talk about now will be an afterthought, at best.
