His opening statement could be devastating to the Dems. Like delay Horowitz till he testifies and then highlight the bullet points.

Hopefully he's just playing with them and has no intention to testify. It legitimizes an illegitimate process and has a ton of potential for failure.
Or how about he says, Adam Shiff the Chairman has been under sealed indictment for 16 months for leaking classified intel.
