Kentucky Gun Trust Lawyer

Has anyone in KY used this lawyer for their trust? Price is great.

I've never used him, but there are other guys in Lexington that will set up trusts. I live outside of Lex so my local LEO just signs my form 4s. I use Rex Tyson for my class 3 stuff, he is great and easy to deal with. PM me if you would like his contact info. I also heard the guys at Buds will set a trust up. Again, I've never used them, but a buddy of mine did with success.

Don't let a gun shop setup your trust. I wouldn't want them backing me up in court should the need arise, or if the ATF questioned the legality of my document. Do you really want Bud's to be your way in to federally controlled firearms items?! NO!

I totally agree. I just stated I had a buddy that used them. As I stated previously I don't use a trust. Not sure the guy advertising gun trusts is reputable either. I would contact several Class 3 dealers and local trusted attys I know before I jumped into the trust world.

Check out the Apple Law Firm (GunTrust Lawyer) not cheap but their trust sailed? through the ATF for me. They have a lawyer here in Kentucky in their network too.
