While I understand both are legal routes for Supressors or SBR's is there any pluses or minuses to either route?

It's just myself and the long time girlfriend and rather than CLEO sign off that's only good for me, I want to make sure we are both covered.

Thoughts?

Make her buy her own.

In WY, there is no upkeep for a trust. For an LLC, there is an annual fee to keep it valid. These costs add up over time. Other states are likely similar. Check your state website for info.

Went the trust route to cover everyone in the house, not dealing with a potential chief LEO as they change every 4 years around here, and there is no yearly fee like I have heard with LLC. Just easier for me overall. I was able to do the whole damn thing with a lawyer through email in a days time.

Good luck on your choice, those damn cans are awesome.
