Suppressors Trust paper work

Re: Trust paper work

Yes...get your hands on Quicken Willmaker software. It has a selection to make a revocable living trust. Thats what I used. Bought 3 SBRs and about 7 cans, so easy you'll swear you forgot something every time you send in a Fm 4.

Re: Trust paper work

The class III dealer that I bought my cans from set up my trust for free with notarized copies. He had a trust template that had been working for him for years, so it was a very easy thing for him to provide. When I buy a new one, they update the trust, send in the form 4. Could not be easier, other than the damn $200 tax stamp scam.

Other friends have used Quicken successfully as well.

Re: Trust paper work

Anyone able to email me a copy of something to get started with? My close friend is an attorney (mostly criminal work) and has never done a gun trust. I'm interested in looking into this but haven't been able to find much.

I understand that with a trust, I can name other individuals as people that may possess my ClassIII stuff without worry of violating the unlawful transfer laws. I also hear than I won't have to do the fingerprint and LE signature. Any info would be great.

PM me if you can help. Thanks..

Re: Trust paper work

I used quicken willmaker to make a revocable living trust with myself and my brother as trustees. This way I was able to make a silencer to his specifications and then mail it to him. I have the lathe and the know-how, he has the money and the rifle to put it on.
