I'm fuzzy on this and one of my hunting buddies wants to get 2 cans...one for him and one for his 21 year old son. Neither of the women will/do care about the guns in the family so it's about these 2 guys only. Is a trust still the way to go? I did a Form 4 Individual and forgot about these details.....we both have several attorney friends who could do it for free if there were a place to download a correct form....this looks to be like a well received outfit. Might have him do the Silencer Shop Trust too they were so easy for my can.

from my understanding they can be transferred tax free to your heir on a form 5 regardless of how they were brought into your possession, unless illegally. Please correct me if I wrong.
