Trying to out a chassis in classifieds

Guys I am trying to post an mpa cz chassis in classifieds but am having no luck. I read the rules but i dont see if a person has to have a minimum post count or??? When i go to classifieds i dont see a new thread button to start. Anybody got an idea? I sent message to moderators a few days to go but not heard back. Thanks
