I've searched, didn't find much. How's their warranty? Anyone ever had to send one in ? I found one I may buy but I'm not dropping that much money without an excellent warranty.
Another factor to consider when buying a scope is the warranty. Tangent Theta has a "forever" warranty on their products. This means they have a transferable lifetime warranty. If the product has their name on it, they will warranty that product as long as they are in existence. I would expect the customers of Tangent Theta to not need the warranty department much, but if the need should arise, I have 100% confidence that TT will be there to treat them like royalty.
I had to send in both my 315M and 525P. They covered both no questions asked. I contacted TT directly for the warranty work, and they had me send the scope to a facility in CO and from there it was forwarded to Canada. Honestly it was a pretty quick turn around.
I sent my TT525 in because the laser etching on my turret was off by maybe 1/16th of an inch, if not less, but enough that I could notice it. Did the RMA form, shipped it off, and had it back within 2 weeks. No bs, no problems. buy with confidence.
attached is my turret before it was sent off. It came back perfectly centered.
I don't really know, but I did see one sell here in the PX about a month or two ago sell for 2400... That may be an extraordinary price though, sounds less than I would expect to see another one.
