Night Vision Tube identification

Can someone help me identify a tube? I’m trying to figure out what Omni classification this is and my google searching for 2 days hasn’t come up with much. Here’s what I can read from the tube without taking it apart.

What'll really tell you is either a CAD or a contract number. You should be able to read those around the rim as well.

CAD gives you Year/week it was made, and contract number you can google.

It looks like the cad is 15/37. I can’t quite make out the expiration but it looks like Nov 16 or 18. It’s right on the edge where it starts to distort.

Yes, mine is an L3 Omni 8 based on the contract number and cad

Good to know I bought mine being told it was a omni7 but I guess it's actually an 8 then.
