Gunsmithing Tubs 4-way on a manners stock?

I am getting ready to order my manners t4a mini chassis stock, but I am wanting to have an adjustable length of pull. I talked to manners and they say that they can put a tubs 4-way on my stock when I order it. I am wondering how good the tubs system is? Or should I stick with the manners spacer system?

Have a Warner Tool Co. 6way adjustable butt plate installed.

Tubb's 3 way adjustable butt plates are lacking in several areas.

I have a 4 way on my T4A. Seems to be a good piece. I don't have any experience with any other systems, but I've been happy with it.

Why do you think it is lacking? The only but plate assemblies I am really considering are the ones offered by manners, so I can have it ready to go straight from them.
