Found these at a store local to me. They have a ton more. Anyone know anything about these? I've read good things about the old tula primers. Could these be loaded in other calibers other than 223? Possibly for 6.5x47L or 6cm?
The Russian Wolf & Tula primers were highly regarded in NRA Highpower service rifle competition and had a great reputation. I had about 5000 and they worked as well as any American primer, but supply dried up a few years ago so fewer people are using them. There's no reason you couldn't use them for any caliber using small rifle primers

I don't know if the Tula/Wolf were hotter, I used them interchangeably with CCI 41 primers in my AR service rifle. Back then I was shooting a lot of highpower and I never choreographed my loads when I switched components because all my shooting was known distance with sighter shots... The Russian primers were just as accurate and I never had any pressure signs but I don't know how different they were than the CCI 41s.
The tula primers all were slightly larger outside diameter than other common primers so they work good in brass that is starting to get loose primer pockets. I had stocked up on the tula primers because they were less expensive.
