America needs to break the back of our Two Party System which is responsible for the failure of the Republic. I'm not a fan of Tulsi but if she runs as an Independent she has a fair shot of getting my vote. We need more/choices that are not Reds or Blues.

I'd love to see that...and ranked choice voting as long as I'm wishing but I'm pretty sure that'll not happen in this Republic. The rot is too deep and The Game rigged by The Oligarchy to liquidate Americas Wealth and get it into the pockets of the .01%. I have yet to see a viable Plan to stop it.

Yeah I know. Which is 100% why I don't think Trump should run as a (uniparty) Republican. One of the major hurdles with my "theroy" is there needs to be some one with the balls to split the blue vote. Like a Sander or Kennedy.

As I said, its what I would like to see happen in an election. IE a path way, with out a revolution away from the Uni Partiers.

Be really and I do mean REALLY careful what you wish for...
As bad as the 2 party system in this country is, it actually gives us a bit of protection by making significant change harder.

If you think a huge amount of parties running around in power is a great thing, just look at Canada or Europe.
You can wind up with governments that almost nobody actually voted for and who are happy to destroy the country because they don't care what most think, only what their coalition of zealots want.

It is not only the Tea party, just R's really. You need to think of the real third party people that got some traction. Most recent I think is Ross Perot, he got some traction in most of the people here lifetime. It went no where.

Then you have Teddy Roosevelt, that ran under the "bull moose" party IIRC. All it did was split the R vote and hand it to wilson, and we all SHOULD now that set many of the wheels rolling for what we have today. If TR was the US pres at the end of WWI I think the world would be a very different place, and I doubt we would have a UN, we sure would not have a League of Nations. And I don't think europe would have been re drawn the way it was.

Bottom line it will just not work.....at this time.
