Looking at Ebay and Craigslist for a Thumler's Model B. Everyone here on the Hide have the Model B. Cant find a Model B.

There are some other makes and models that look like they should work. Specifically a Thumlers AR-12.

For tumbling with stainless steel media will similar models work?

Thanks

Me too. Every time I've checked, BA had the best price.

Dang! There was a dude on ebay that had one in good shape for $100 buy it now. He put it up 8 hours after I won mine for $123. It was up a few days ago. I just finished a batch of 80 .300wm brass, and it was fantastic.

And magnetic!
When I had a spill on the lawn last year it was a quick clean up of all that expensive media.

FWIW, the difference between the 'regular' Thumler model B and the 'heavy duty' is 10 RPMs. The regular is 30 RPMs and the HD is 40. I have the HD but I don't think it makes a lick of difference except the HD is that little bit faster getting them clean.

Cool, the media in the Sinclair/Brownells kit is magnetic also.
