Shot these two sets of tests yesterday. First time loading with Lapua Brass, these were fresh from the box and I just primed/powdered and seated. .308cal, 1-11twist, 24" 5P

First round is 155gr AMAX with Varget, WLR primers
There's a single shot chrono FPS listed on each charge, this was fired after the OCW's were done so it's only a 1shot reading, nothing deeper, just for comparison
46.5 I think I botched the high shot...

Second round is 155gr Scenars with Varget, WLR primers
46.6-47 were too hot and after enough pressure signs and one blown primer I stopped testing those loads. I through one shot on 45.4 so I put my chrono shot(magneto speed) into the group and it fell in line

I shot a 500yd ladder with the AMAX, I was shooting off bipod and bag and I know there's some error in there for damn sure, but vertical dispersion with the 46.2-46.5 area was very promising(even adding in 4 it's not terrible, if I had a better condition day I bet it would all tighten up more and I did throw some, fellow shooters were making me laugh too damn much). I mainly shot this to see if my OCW data would gel with the ladder, I currently shoot an OCW based load with 175s that I never did a ladder on and it performs very well out to 1K(haven't gone further yet)
