The leveling base we offer allows for 15° tilt and a full panning capability. Features a 3/8 female to thread on all tripods and a top stud of 3/8. Allowing the shooter to just screw on there optics or hog saddle without all the added weight of a ballhead. This will be comparable to amount of adjustment as other leveling bases on the market 2x or 3x the price and a great option for us budget minded shooters
