I should have gotten one of these a long time ago. Just in case you too are indecisive about tripods, I've shared my thoughts here:

I just recently bought one of their QDT Inverted. There's a lot of truth in the saying "you get what you pay for". I had been using a relatively(compared to RRS) cheap photography tripod. 75mm bowl, carbon fiber, but it was nowhere close to being as sturdy or as practical as the Two Vets. The length adjusters are quicker, the leg locks are easier to work, and the inverted feature of the legs is the way tripods should have been to start with.

I have a Two Vets No Name (no longer offered) with an RRS Anvil-30 on it and it has been quite good to me. Now, I'm old and don't compete but I do glass/range off of it and I do shoot off of it and to me this is a fine product.

But perhaps even more importantly is the CS I received from Dan (owner, right?). I had one leg segment go bad.....it would just get stuck extended and wouldn't collapse back. We replaced the guide thingies in there (twice I think) and finally Dan just replaced the whole leg and its been fine since. Dan replied to my emails almost immediately (including in the evening and when out to dinner) and was totally on top of getting this fixed for me.

I'm all about showing loyalty to companies that seem to show loyalty to me thru excellent CS and Two Vets fits that bill completely.

    Cheers
