I've never had a rifle shoot a group like that, that wouldn't do the same thing more than once. In my experience it becomes obvious pretty quickly if a rifle is gonna be a shooter or not.

but the sav vs. rem threads are always fun ...

and FWIW, the rifle that I have that will put in the groups like the OP is posting, is a rem 700P ...

As will mine...guess we should call them FAR's...Factory Ass Remington's.

I must disclose that I've had a custom rifle built and I expect great things from it; but the accuracy of my 700p has spoiled me a bit, and it was substantially less money.

OP, you should consider building them as a side business...if you have not already.
