Good PPV. BJ Penn is back to his old self. Glad Hughes got KOed quick he needed to be brought back down to earth.

A blind man could see that BJ was going to take that fight going into it, he had his head into the fight more than Hughes, I laughed my ass off when Hughes said he thought the punch that sent him to the mat was either a kick or an elbow. I was torn on the main event though, I thought Machida should have won, but I liked how Jackson reacted to the ruling.

It was a good card I was glad to see BJ win! I should have turned it off and gone to bed for the Rampage fight... so tired of seeing him.

How can anyone on a firearms related forum, pull for somebody other than Matt Hughes in his fights? He is an outspoken supporter of the 2nd Amendment and hunter....BJ Penn is a punk. Or does anyone here remember how he did Jens Pulver?

Just because Hughes supports the 2nd amendment and likes firearms does not make him a nice guy. I sat in line for 2 hours to get an autograph and picture for my brother from him at an NRA show in Louisville, KY. He was scheduled to be there from 1-4. He left at 3 and slipped out when about 60 people were still in line. Meanwhile, Matt Serra was there on the other side of the show. He stayed till every single person got a picture and autograph. That to me is the difference maker, Hughes likes guns but is a dick. BJ Penn is a fighter, thats his main focus. If you meet him, he is a nice guy.

I agree, Matt Hughes is a dick.. I don't care if he owns 10,000 guns, a dick is a dick.. I'm glad BJ knocked him out.. Prob forced him into Retirement too..
