Ultimatum Deadline Gen 2

I currently own a Ultimatum Deadline Gen 1. It's been s great action. However, I went on Ultimatum's webpage and discovered an update to a Gen2 Deadline.

Looks like some modifications to the fringing pin and external adjustments. Also, looks like you can install Gen 2 parts into your Gen1.
Anyone know why they went with these upgrades from personal experiences? Or have an experience with the Gen 2?

As far as i know it's just updates to the firing pin assembly. You can buy it from them and it works with the Gen 1. There is a few small changes to the action body but they are minimal (looks).

I personally know of one from an early action, and have heard of one other on here.
