Off the wall request maybe, but who makes a good Ulu knife for actual work and has a good edge?

Wusthof makes great knives. And I believe they make an ulu as well

4", 5", 6", what kind of scales would you like on it, forged or polished finish? I mean you CAN go cool, or you can just go buy one at somewhere like Williams-Sonoma and have one like everyone else has. Many bladesmiths can make them, but so close to Christmas, best hope for custom is right after teh new year getting into someone's custom book.

What about Knives of Alaska?
I've used some other knives for a while and they seem well made and hold a edge
