Do the unsuppressed SR25s groups open up after they heat?

My KAC SR-25 shot great heated or not. It was a sub- moa gun with Fed GMM. A bit better with handloaded 175 Sierra's.
I have the surefire suppressor with the brake. It groups real close with the can, and about 1" high at 200. Could be the added velocity? Never tested that. JPG
