Unable to post in WWT/WTB or Sales Section ??

Why can't I post in the WTT or Firearms for sale sections ???
I've done Done so in the past but its been quite awhile ...now the Post new topic ICON does not appear when I go on to sites ???
Whats going on ??

is it because I lost my old login info and had to re-register ??

You have to have at least 100 posts to post in any of the threads.
