It's a SWFA SS 3-15 which runs a car tail on the rear of the tube. Magnification won't be an issue. The parallax would be the nail breaker if anything.

Youll be good with paralax. How far does the occular move for magnification? Most scopes are 250 to 300 degrees of movement, dont own SWFA so dont have one to look at.

3x is at about 170 degrees, 15x is about 350 the degree position. Its a pretty good mid range priced optic. Not a USO or NF but from holding and looking thought it the glass is decent and a very clean smooth operating scope.
