MIke, I looked at similar on gunbroker and Buds for a ballpark reference, so having 100 rds or so outta it, fairly basic setup, and optic, I'd still stand at $600 for a decent deal. Hope ya get it.

Target rifles have "under 300 rounds and shoots lights out".
I always give the bore a good look on any rifle.

Of course, most people think quarter minute means keeping three on a quarter at 50yds

So, I allowed 700 on the trade. It has a cheap Bushnell on top, an accessory rail, upgraded forend, a soft case and 100+ rounds of ammo.
The bore looks really good, so it's most likely not been shot much.
He used it towards a trade plus cash on my Gheenoe. It's been sitting in my garage unused since late Feb, and I just wanted it gone.
He got the better deal, but I have my garage space again.
Happy on both ends of the trade
