Upgraded Win M70 Bolt Face

I am looking at a Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 that is chambered in 30-06. I wanted to rebarrel it to 458 Win Mag.

As for the bolt, can the 30-06 bolt face be upgraded somehow to a Magnum bolt face? Or would I have to get a new bolt?

It can be opened, but the size of the Classic action is better suited to magnums.

Hope so, I've done a few over the years, but for 300 WM for 1000 yard rifles for the AK NG Rifle team.
