BBC News - Afghan Taliban capture British military dog
Poor dog. I wish someone would go in and get him, but I also know that it won't happen. Sad.

Crazy. What are they going to go, behead the dog?
I don't think they would risk humans to rescue a dog. I wouldn't. I wonder what went wrong for them to come up with that dog?

Too bad the dog doesn't have some bacon bits with him.... he could fling them at the Taliban captors and make a break for it....
Any solider who has worked with a MWD will tell you no matter what we would go and get him because he's my brother
The government wouldn't tho i can tell you that

I understand that. But in my opinion, it's not worth it to send a rescue team for a dog. Husbands, fathers, sons, brothers for a dog...
Those Taliban morons don't eat bacon.

Guess we need to steal a sheep, convince those s.o.b.'s we have one of their lovers and make a trade.
maybe they could mistakenly eat some baco and then kill themselves when they found out.I took it as they would be running away trying to retrieve the bacon, like dogs.
If it was my dog, I would go back, but I like dogs more than people.
