Rifle Scopes US Optics Illumination Troubleshooting?

I've been plagued by equipment issues. So much so that I had to send my ST-10 back to US Optics due to a cracked reticle then wait 10 weeks while they built me a new one which I appreciated greatly. Now I have it back and mounted up only to discover the illumination isn't coming on. I swapped out the battery to see if maybe it was left on, but negative.

Has anyone had an issue with their US Optics illumination and maybe there's something I can do to repair it without sending it back. I've spent the last 6 months dealing with shipping and waiting, so if I can avoid more of it I'm open to ideas. If not I'll cope for the next year without it and send it in when it's in the rainy season...

Are you sure the battery you tried is a good one? I have 3 USO and never had a problem with any of them.

Try giving them a call and speak to the tech person.

Positive. John from USO messaged me back and we'll deal with it on Monday. Shit happens... it just seems to happen more than less lately, lmao
