Rifle Scopes US Optics question

I am looking at the USO SN3 TPAL 5-25X.

I have seen "claims" on the internet that this is a FFP (First Focal Plane) scope. Howver, on USO website, the only 1 I can find with FFP in the description is the SN9.

I really want a FFP scope. I also would like a little more mag than the NF 15X on their F1 scope.

Can anyone verify one way or the other on the USO? I appologize if this has been beaten to death before.
