Ok, so USO is currently doing some warranty work on my sn-3 1.8x-1
10x model. Question....should I have them add a paralllax adjustment to then end of the tube for 200 bucks? I cant have them add a tpal tureret. Scope is supposed to be parallax free at 100 but at 500m plus does anyone know if my sight picture will be significantly blurry or just not a big deal and save the money to spend on a Burris fast fire site and mount for point shooting.

Any suggestions or thoughts? I'm amazed that USO can even make changes to the scope after it's been built. I could even change feticide if I wanted....it ain't cheap but that's not my point. Becky at USO has been a huge help.

Re: Us optics scope parallax adjustment?

If you can swing it, do it! I prefer my Ergo's to my TPal, and won't be doing fixed again anytime soon.

For me, Ergo is more forgiving-I can set it for the shortests range I'm shooting in a match and never touch it if I don't want to, but the TPal needs to be adjusted every time distance changes significantly..

Sure sounds like it over the phone, no suprise there.

ERGO has many things going for it and most have been mentioned already. Supposedly the glass should be a little clearer due to less lenses too. I doubt it would be noticeable to most.

Re: Us optics scope parallax adjustment?

Couldn't resist and had them ass the parallax adjustment to my scope. From them getting the scope to me getting it back (and they completely rebuilt it) ...only 4 business days. Massviely impressive.

Cool, you should be able to swing by Rifles Only this month then!

Hell yes, looking forward to reading about him schooling everyone there on headshots with a ".416 Cheytac".

How the fuck do does that work? What does one do to ass a parallax to a scope? I know I'm going to regret asking that here but what the hell.
