So, although no one is sure exactly how I did it (including me) I somehow cracked the internal lens on my ST-10

but... USO & Becky proved why buying a US Optics scope is worth every penny and their building me a new one. Thank You Becky & Thank You US Optics for standing by your products and being everything I hoped and heard.

Good to hear that, I recently got an SN-3. I hadn't heard much about their warranty/customer service. It seems very few people ever have to use it.

I'm almost certain it was a micro-fracture in the glass that they had no way of knowing about and a rare incident. Their quality is top notch 110%.

I've got an order for an ST-10 and if yours jumps mine in line in going to be pissed :-D... Awesome CS from USO as usual.

Thats great news. I just ordered a USO scope and im not very gentile with my toys.
Like mwrosrberry I will also be pissed if your scope replacement cuts in line ...... NO CUTS!!!!!

It's been there over 3 weeks so really my place in line was ahead to begin with lol

USO rocks man they have the best customer service going , never needed the warranty but it is good to no if I ever do it is there .


And they build one of the best scopes going .

USO is #1 because.....
1. They are located 5 mins from my house.
2. They custom make "your" scope to "your" specs
3. Prices are very very reasonable
4. Customer service is by far the best (I can just walk in)

I can't believe it has been slightly over 10 yrs since I bought my first USO scope. I feel so old. I recently decided that I wanted another USO and asked John if he had any demo scopes that might fit my criteria. He did not have any in stock but stated that I could pick any configuration I wanted and he could get it to me ASAP. I picked a 3.2-17 SN3 TPAL with GAP reticle, 34mm tube, red Illum and mil EREK. I love the scope. This is also my first USO with a mil/mil setup.

The folks at USO have been great as always. I thought it was pretty cool the the CEO answered all my PMs and got me what I wanted really fast. A special thanks to Becky for making the transaction as easy as possible.

This scope is sitting on my AW. Will get some pics up later.
