I bought a used SN-3 off of the optics forum a few weeks ago. The scope had an internal problem with the power ring that did not fully show up until I mounted it and tried to set my zero range. I thought I was looking at an expensive repair and a long wait. I received the scope back in about four weeks including shipping time. It was repaired and extra O rings that I requested were also included, all at no charge! This is customer service par excellence. What are your experiences with scope repairs when you were not the original purchaser?
