Rifle Scopes USO First impressions.

I recently bought 2 used USO scopes for my .338AX and my .308GAP. Bought them both from Hide members but before I did, I made a call to USO to better understand exactly what I was buying. The lady who answered the phone was more than helpful and provided me with the details I was looking for. I received the scopes and mounted them then off to the range. The glass and quality of the optics in general is awesome and I am happy with my purchase and the customer service from USO. I may not be able to afford a brand new USO for a while but the customer service I was given in relation to a "used scope" is something I will remember in the future when looking to purchase another high end scope or recommending a optic to someone.

Just wanted to provide some feedback on my first experience with USO and their optics. Maybe I should of asked about a extended warranty.

My personal experience is that the warranty follows the owner. If you have a problem with it, give them a call and more often than not, they will take care of it. Depending on the problem, they will have different solutions for it. You shouldn't worry about warranty issues.

I wouldn't worry about the warranty either as I'm sure it follows the scope from owner to owner. I've seen plenty of posts on here about people who had 2nd hand USOs and were taken care of very well.

The problem with upgrading to US optics ....

Then all your other scopes don't measure up and you sell one of your motorcycles to get more US optics ... not that I know anyone that has done that ... erm yah ...

Its like chips ... you can't have just ONE !!!!

I have been working with them lately on a build. I have to agree that they are pleasant on the phone and helpful with questions. Becky over there is relatively fast on the emails. I have always gotten responses back the same day or first thing the next morning.
