USO MST-100 Reticle Broken

Anyone ever seen the reticle break on an USO MST-100?

I've sent an email, but since it's Sunday I know I probably won't hear back for a few days. Just curious if anyone has any firsthand experience and whether they can/will fix it?

Pic attached - it broke right below the bottom mil-dot on the lower vertical crosshair. Mounted to M40A1, 330 rounds through it, no abuse.

I’ve seen a bunch of the old Unertl reticles break, but not a USO reticle. And, that doesn’t look like a USO reticle to me.

That USO is not the original company that made those MST-100’s. Unless it’s the new ones that were supposed to be getting made I read about. So I could be wrong.

Yes, it came directly from USO, granted from like 12 years ago when they were in CA, and was unused until last year, has seen 330 rounds. SN 35xx. Still got the box and warranty paperwork.

The USO reticles used to have pointed ends on the large stadia portion of the reticle. That looks like an old Unertl reticle. But, I left USO in 2008.

Either way, it’s broken. Hopefully the new USO will help you out.

Hope so. Do you think I’d be better off using them, or using iron site repairs?

Seems to me that people are generally happy with IronSight’s work.

I know nothing about the new USO other than it isn’t the old USO.

I had a usmc unertl 10x with broken reticle, ironsite in Tulsa replaced it.
