Called Jeff today, expressed some concerns about a 7 year old MST-100 scope I just bought.. His response, send it in.. no questions. I am not the original purchaser, I am a current USO owner and will continue to be. I call, Becky and Jeff know me from one scope purchase and treat me like family. I have 2 S&B, 1 Leupold & 2 USO, 3 Aimpoint, I have contacted each of them about issues, only USO treats me with that level of care and concern... THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
