I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a used USO SN-3 TPAL and was wondering if USO will honor the scopes warranty even though I'm the second owner. I know they make bulletproof scopes and I will probably never have a problem, but I would like a little piece of mind.

Re: USO Warranty

There's been one thread after another praising how well their customer service is and how strongly they stand behind their scopes. Buy with confidence.

Re: USO Warranty

USO takes care of their customers.

I had an ST-10 so old, it didn't have a serial number on it. I somehow managed to crack one of the internal lenses in the optic, so I sent it back to USO, fully expecting them to say there wasn't much they could do.
To my surprise, I got a call from Jeff; the gist of it was, they could have replaced the lense, but because the scope was so old, they didn't have the tooling any more to work on it well. He asks, "Is it alright if we just build you a new scope?"...
The only thing I was charged for was the addition of an EREK knob on the new scope.

That's just one of the many times the guys and gals at US Optics have taken care of me.

That is imppressive service and although I can't purchase one at the moment this tread has convinced me to do so in the near future.

That is impressive, +1 for USO. Never had to use their CS, but everything I've heard has been stellar.

I've had nearly the same exact experience. Their Customer Service is stellar.
