Just wanted to post my 2nd annual St. Patrick's Day 1 Day match, Sunday March 17th, 8 am to 4 pm
It will feature 7 to 8 field stages of fire shooting accuracy, supported positions, multiple targets, and this year we will shoot to 1000 yards from the newly built platform. This is not a PRS match, it is more of a typical sniper field course of fire. There will be three stages that require pistol, so you will need a outside the waistband strong side holster that ***does not feature a trigger finger activated release!*** So no Serpa holsters! If you show up with one you will not shoot pistol and you will take a zero score for all pistol stages/ shots.
Cost: $100 per shooter, limit 30 slots, pay online www.vaportrailtactical.com/training
Registration will be auto populated upon payment through the web site, you will get a receipt and confirmation
Cash payout of $300 for 1st place, $200 2nd place, and $150 for 3rd place
Round count: 120 rifle/ 50 pistol
Location: Consolidated Training Group private range facility in Weatherford, Texas. Directions will be given upon payment as this is a private property range and not open to the public.
Prize donations and sponsorship: I currently do not have any prize donations or sponsorship, so I am offering a cash payout for top three shooters, but should someone want to contribute and those prizes donated exceed the cash payout then those will become the top prizes. Any donations below the $150 value will be put on the prize table and competitors will walk the table based on their placement in the standings of their score.
