Catching up on old episodes and heard the discussion on BC changing based on the velocity you're pushing the bullet. Obviously this isn't an issue once you true since you find out what the BC is for you, but what about when comparing theoretical ballistics for making a cartridge decision? Is there a rule of thumb as far as how to adjust BC for slower or faster velocities than the one used to calculate the BC on the box?

You have to shoot the round in order to true ballistics to your rifle. There is no way, at least that I know of, to true without shooting in your software.
