Drivers are finally off Interstate 95 after being stuck on a 50-mile stretch in the Stafford County, Virginia, area for more than 24 hours, the Virginia Department of Transportation said.

Ok, first off, 95 blows so it's no surprise that all that shit is happening. I travel 95 a good bit as well as throughout the DMV, which is why I carry what I do in my vehicle, for the colder months I've added a couple poncho liners, hand warmers, and an extra watch cap.
