Velocity check...300WSM

My chrony is down. I know, buy a new one!!! Someone help me out until I get one.

Specs: 26" factory Rem tube, 1-10" twist. Win brass, BR2 primers, 65.4 grs of RE17, 185 Bergers.

Whatcha think? Come ups is telling me it's around 3050 fps.

Should be about right. How far out did you test your come-ups? I would go with know come-ups out to about 400 or 500 yards (or more) and put that into a program to get the rest.

Out to 300 today. Grass is too tall on the powerlines to see much past that. Hope to get it clipped and go back next week.

Gotta love the 185 bergers, try viht n560 65.3 grs, my rifle just loves them. I did the samething,tried getting my vel. by using the math on come ups on jbm and that is what I came out with.
