Load developing 130 gr Bergers in my 6.5CM. My 5 shot group with 42gr of H4350, 4 shots in the 2800 range and 1 shot was close to 3200. This was on my labradar. Is that possible? No pressure signs and I’m loading 1 round at a time on a balance scale so I can imagine I over charged it. I can’t double charge because there is not enough room in the case. I should mention it was raining pretty hard when I was shooting. Could that give me a false reading?

Not possible. Even if you could have jammed that much powder in the case, it would have blown up in your face. Just a screwup by the labradar. I had reading of 11,000 last week, even though the device can’t read over 3900 FPS.

weather and elevation can change mv by how much i don't really know I know my factory ammo can vary as much as 100fps from round to round in the same box of 200 depending on lot some are really nice others not as nice , maybe god just don't want you to shoot straight that day and he is fucking with you lol I don't know . good luck figuring out what is the cause of your problem and to a fast discovery to the answer .

My Labradar read 6500+ once. Fairly rare that it messes up, but it happens. Also, if you're at a range, it's not unheard of to pick up a neighboring shot.
