Versapod spigot question

I bought a stock for a Tikka that had a versapod spigot glued into the front of the forend. Are versapod bipods decent? Junk?
I can Mill it off and simply use an atlas with the existing pic rail.
Looking at their website, they run just a little cheaper than atlas but not as many features.

I'd say if you can find a RPS bipod to put on the spigot, get that.

PSR? it's apex isn't as wide and i dont need pan

also CAL is cheaper

RPS bipod. That's what the above poster is referring to. Not a versa pod. Do you have hands on with RPS?

gotcha. never heard of or seen one so i assumed it was a typo
