Ok...did some 1000 yard shooting today (video will be up soon) and after reviewing the video I noticed I caught some really good bullet trace.

Thanks guys. Load is 38.5 grains of H4350, Norma brass, Wolf primers,and 107 SMK's.

what kinda velocities are you seeing with the 6xc versus like a straight .243? seems like a cool round. where do you get brass?

Velocity wise the 6XC is very close to the .243....I also shoot a .243 with the same bullet. I run the 6XC around 2925 and the .243 at around 2975.
My dope for the two is pretty much the same.

Think I bought my brass from Midway. It is a very neat round. This is my 2nd rifle in 6XC.

nice video Stan, it shows the trace very clearly. I run a 6x51 which is the same dimentions as a 6xc but a taller piece of brass (243). I shoot 105 VLD's at 3025fps
