I wanted a fixture that could true up bolts and I was going to build one but then I decided to give it a go with the Viper fixture I had I figured if I messed it up I would just call Bob and order another one. So I brought the kids out in the shop with me since mama was gone and told them to stand back and started letting aluminum fly the kids looked at me like I was nuts and had all kinds of questions on what I was doing.
After I was done milling it out I trued the bolt in the picture below and it worked great sorry for the bad pic it was off my cell. Now I have one fixture that can true bolts, actions, and chamber rifle and pistol barrels. I sent a picture to Bob and after talking to him he was going to cut one out for himself and give it a try and if he likes how it turns out he is going to offer this fixture with the slot cut on his website.
