Vltor A5 with JP silent spring

Anybody ever run a Vltor A5 setup but with a JP silent captured spring on an SBR? Kicking around some ideas for my 10in build

You would need a spacer because the SCS is regular carbine length.

Yeah I understand that. Just wondering if running the JP SCS and JP VM BCG will be beneficial in a 10.5in suppressed Noveske Switchblock barrel

The SCS is nice, less sproingy and some you can adjust the weight.

It replaces the spring and buffer so there is no reason for anything A5 length unless you want a spacer (that you will have to cut to length).

If you forget the SCS and go for A5, you can run really heavy A5 buffers if you need to.

Pick the one you think is more appropriate.

I can't see why you would need that. Changing out buffer weight should get what you want.
