Is Vortex still making the AMG scopes in the USA I looked on their website and there is not one mention of them being made in the US like they used to boast about them. I know the reticles were starting to be made in Germany, but they don't even mention that now.

That's a good question i was still under the assumption it was. Hell i thought they designed a facility around making that optic? Maybe i just dreamt that up. It's noted that while the Gen II Razors got a price drop the AMG did not. It's still retailing at $2499. I've got two on the way whenever Scott gets his shipment in, i'll be looking for any clarification in the packaging.

I have two AMGs and they are still made in the USA with a German made reticle
I am hoping they are I just thought it was odd that they don't mention/brag about that on their website anymore. I would love to have one of the eariler 100% US made AMGs for no other reason than just to say I have a 100% US made rifle scope.
They are 99% made in the USA. Everything except the EBR7B reticle, which is made in Germany. I called Vortex to confirm. All the pieces, even the small fasteners are machined in house.
