Hope this counts as a worth while post. Maybe it will change a buyers mind about a brand. I recently ordered a Vortex Viper HS 4-16x50 and sighted it in. After firing a handful of shots I noticed something on the lens. I tried like hell to clean it, but realized it was stuck on the internal glass. Contacted Vortex on a Friday afternoon, received a response and FedEx shipping label moments later. Due to my schedule I wasn't able to ship until Monday and here it is, one week later good as new free of charge, no drama or run around!

Thank you Vortex for having such an awesome customer service.

stories like this are one of the big reasons I went with my vortex PST FFP, I also saved money as I was going to get a NF. I have absolutely no regrets on my decision.

Wow, really? I just sent my PST to get looked at and they just sent me the repair form and told me to ship it to them. It was only $8 for Priority, but still, sounds like I just spent money I didn't need to.

I had received a Viper 6.5-20x50 from Vortex (drop shipped) and found a couple scratches on the inside lens coating. I sent it overnight on my dime and ended up not only getting a new scope, but was able to switch to a different reticle (basically the cost of my shipping) for free considering this scope was a few weeks old. Getting a reticle swap I was told is 110 bones, but they took care of me expressed ship it back so I could have it for a weekend shoot. I've had to send a scope mount back to them and they swapped it for free no questions asked, even gave me replacement lens caps for the Strikefire Red Dot I have from them. So yes, their customer service is top notch. You never know what can happen until you ask.
