Well I got a defective bubble level (I hope it was defective and not the quality of them all...) and contacted vortex, I gotta say, there CS is truly amazing. I believe it took 2 days for my new level to arrive, they kinda fucked up and sent me the wrong size (35mm instead of 30mm), but that was an honest mistake so no hard feelings. I will be calling tomorrow to get that sorted out but they still get and A+ in my book. Excellent CS!!!
