vortex razor gen 3 issue

This is the 2nd gen 3 I've had issues with, first was turrets now this. I shot my 308 8 times with seekins rings 18lbs and this line appeared and doesn't change with zoom. Was curious if anyone has had issues with there gen 3 or if I just got a few lemons.

turret came up rough but would drop back down slowly especially when turning. Kind of the same feel as putting a 5 gallon bucket in another, sinks its way down and is a pain to get up. Sent it back and it appears to be fixed but still not great
